Covid-19 – our protocols

The Veterinary Surgery has adapted some protocols to the current Covid-19 situation.

We ask if you can please call when you arrive and notify our reception team what Bay Number you are in, and a vet or nurse will come out to your car and show you through to the consult room.

  • Please notify the clinic when you arrive for your appointment.
  • Tell the nursing staff what bay you have arrived in and wait in your car
  • A veterinary staff member will come out to your car and show you through to the consult room
  • We would like to ensure everyone that we are still providing the best of care for your pets
  • Please call the clinic if you have any questions

Puppy School

Have you a new addition to your family ? If so, then puppy school is a great way to find out information regarding your puppy and meet other puppies around the same age. 

One of our lovely nurses Michelle who is a qualified veterinary nurse runs our puppy class on a Tuesday night at the Yarrambat Vet Hospital from 6.30-7.30pm.

Classes are for puppies between the ages of 8 – 14 weeks old.

The cost of the class is $140 for 5 weeks.

Our Warrandyte and Yarrambat clinics are priveleged to be nestled in bushland and natural habitats abounding with native fauna. Inevitably, living in close proximity to human’s, their vehcles and their domestic pets, native animals are frequently found sick or injured. We are committed to providing first aid and pain relief to native animals and where possible, to coordinate with carers to rehabilitate them.
